Hexagon is recruiting a Specialist responsible for the daily bilingual support processes including but not limited to customer and contract set-up, case resolution and customer adjustments.
Responsibility:
Additional duties include the compliance of billing requirements
Reconciliation of customer billing issues and resolution of cases
Processing of adjustments, volume discounts, service change, pricing change
Ability to investigate and resolve issues with some supervision
Suggestion of process improvements
Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients
Create manual invoices as required to meet customer requirements
